Paper Submission
Submission of final accepted paper:
The MIAR 2008 proceedings will be published as a volume in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series. For the preparation of this volume please observe the following:
- Final versions of accepted papers are due May 2, 2008
- Include completed copyright form (scan to PDF) to your final submission; Copyright form information: Volume Editor(s): Takeyoshi Dohi, Ichiro Sakuma and Hongen Liao.
- The paper is within the 10 page limit.
- The final paper submission must include all manuscript preparation files (.tex, .bib, .eps/.ps, .dvi, .pdf if prepared using latex2e). Please refer to the Springer website for detailed instructions
- Please note that all figures will be printed in black and white. If you send colored figures, please make sure that they are also legible in black and white. The colored figures appear as colored figures in the online version and at no extra charge.
- All document preparation files should be included in a zip archive and submitted through your account at the MIAR 2008 Submission and Review Management Site
Paper Submission:
We invite electronic submissions for MIAR 2008 (LNCS style) of 8-page (up to 10-page) papers for oral or poster presentation. Please refer to the Springer website for detailed instructions. Papers will be reviewed by members of the program review committee and assessed for quality and best means of presentation.
We encourage authors to respect the following guidelines:
1) The MIAR 2008 proceedings will be published as a volume in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series. You must use the LNCS templates available on the Springer website to prepare your paper. Please follow the style guide by Springer accurately (Click here for the sample).
2) We are using the Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) for submission and review. If you do not have a converter, please visit Adobe Systems to purchase a converter or to use their free trial, or visit www.pdf995.com. LINUX/UNIX users should use their local ps2pdf converter or GSview. Other formats will automatically be rejected by the paper-management system.
3) The paper will be reviewed in double-blind fashion (authors and reviewers have no information about the other). The authors thus have to ensure that their submitted document is anonymous. Please refer to the anonymity guideline page.
Authors can login and submit your paper(s) at
https://precisionconference.com/~miar/ (available
from December 2007).
